Partnering up with Pack for a Purpose reminds us of why It Started in Africa started our business: To make sure the tours we offer are fair to our customers and also benefit the local communities. The truth is, most tourists do not remember that they can make a difference by just packing something extra in the empty space of their suitcases. When we share with them this whole concept, they get excited and eager to get involved. The smile on the kids’ faces when they receive their “gifts” resembles the one on our tourists’ faces when we show them the pictures of the children holding what they brought. This is a fantastic project which is meaningful and makes a big difference in many lives.
