The RAD Foundation believes in M.A.G.I.C. (Music and Arts Growing Inspired Children) and introduces the arts to rural communities, providing a platform for integration and unity in diversity through classes, workshops, carnivals and festivals.
Our aim is to get youth off of the streets and into an environment where they can learn, grow, and achieve manageable goals. We work in collaboration with several other NGOs to ensure that we reach all target groups of youths and introduce them to the projects which include: HIV/AIDS awareness, substance abuse, life skills, recycling, nutrition, and other relevant youth issues.
Our motto is to “INSPIRE, ENGAGE, EDUCATE with Respect, Attitude and Discipline.”

Candy and balloons are not on the needs list as they are harmful for the children and the environment for the following reasons:
• Few of the children benefiting from these projects have access to toothpaste, toothbrushes, or a dentist. The candy promotes cavities.
• The balloons once they become deflated are a choking hazard for local wildlife.
Instead of taking candy or balloons, use that space for additional requested supplies, as they are priceless.
