Ratu Varani Memorial School (The Kadavu Primary School) in Kadavu Koro village - a primary school that is located 30 minutes away from Matava Resort and serves 180 children.

Age appropriate story books in English, Arts and crafts materials, Colored construction paper, Colored pencils, Erasers, Hand held pencil sharpeners, Notebooks, Pencils, Pens, Solar calculators, Watercolor paints, Watercolor paint brushes

Project #2

The Kadavu Nursing Station in Kadavu Koro village. This is the primary healthcare centre for the village and surrounding areas and is located 30 minutes away from Matava Resort. It serves 400 people, and although it has government support, it runs low on the 'daily' disposable medical supplies every month.

Needs

General Medical:
Ace bandages, Antibiotic cream, Band-Aids, Blood sugar machines and strips, Gauze, Pregnancy testing kits, Hydrocortisone cream, Magnesium sulfate paste

Project #3

Dental hygiene project for Ratu Varani Memorial Primary School, in Kadavu Koro village which serves 180 children. Matava aims to improve the oral health of the Fijian village communities by promoting oral health to prevent, appropriately treat, monitor and evaluate oral diseases. We have the goal of supplying every school child at Ratu Varani Memorial School with a new toothbrush every term/semester.
