Cheli & Peacock are very grateful for the enormous response we have received from our guests bringing supplies to support our community based projects. Their generosity has been overwhelming.

However, it is very important that people Packing for a Purpose stick to the list below. The lists come directly from the Head Teachers of the Primary Schools, highlighting urgent needs. Once these needs have been fulfilled, the lists will be updated accordingly.

If, for whatever reason you are considering bringing any items that are not listed, please check whether or not they are suitable for the rural African communities you are visiting by contacting Chania Frost Cheli & Peacock Eco Projects.

Text books are also highly needed, but the relevant books are only available in Kenya. If you are interested in donating these instead, contact Chania Frost Cheli & Peacock Eco Projects who has a comprehensive list of what is required.

Synthetic footballs do not last on the rural African pitches which are strewn with stones and thorns. We can by prior arrangement purchase leather footballs and volleyballs on your behalf which are hand-stitched by a sustainable enterprise employing 80 in Kenya. If you are interested contact us.
