The Province of Van is located in the east region of Turkey, where the winter season is long and the weather conditions are tough. Dincbas Elementary School and Zincirli Elementary School are two primary schools serving 270 students between the ages of 6 and 12 years old.

Pens, pencils, colored pencils, crayons, markers, dry erase markers, chalk, hand held pencil sharpeners, rulers, erasers, solar calculators, world maps, printers, age appropriate story books in Turkish, glue sticks, watercolor paints, craft scissors, new or gently used children's cold weather clothing, new or gently used children's cold weather shoes, stuffed animals/soft toys.
