Roberta and Terry Omin’s Story

In planning our safari in Tanzania our travel planners suggested a visit to Rhotia Valley Children’s Village and to stay at their tent lodge.  We were glad to have the opportunity to visit the orphanage. As we were preparing for our trip we were given information about Pack for a Purpose.  This was my first experience with PfaP.  My daughter-in-law gave me loads of children’s clothes which I packed lovingly.  When we arrived at Rhotia Valley, we discovered that the size clothing we brought were too little for the children in the orphanage, but not to worry.. The clothes would be taken to the hospital and be well used.
