Rebecca’s Story

We’ve done Pack for a Purpose on several trips.  This time, India and Nepal were our destinations.  We were going to be gone for 16 days so the packing question was a big deal.  In the end, we managed a good-sized duffel of school supplies.  I had contacted IBEX Expeditions (which supports four projects in the New Delhi area) seeking information about the easiest way to contact them AND they responded with several emails AND in the end, sent someone to our hotel to pick up the supplies.  Our Gate 1 tour involved a couple of stops at schools where we dropped off more supplies, so I was pleased to see that we had donated the right things.  For anyone wanting to do trekking, I would recommend IBEX as your tour company.
