We made plans to join our local Jazz radio station for a trip to Panama for the Panama Jazz Festival with side trips to the canal. As I always do – I checked to see if there was a Pack for a Purpose partner near where we would be. Sure enough, there was Panama Trails. Wow! Were they great! Lorena at Panama Trails was absolutely wonderful to work with.

We had started an email conversation and they ended up picking up the items AND supplying some great photos with this update:

“We took it to little school of Divino Niño, which is in Tonosí, the district of Portobelo. This is an area with very few resources and where no government aid arrives. As they are finishing the last sanitary arrangements, they are going to start classes on April 3. We left the donation to the director and I will return on April 3^rd to take photos with the students. Thank you very much. These families really need support.”
