Delightful Deliveries in the Dominican Republic at Grand Bávaro Princess Hotel

At the Grand Bávaro Princess Hotel, we are committed to supporting our community. For this reason, we thought a collaboration with Pack for Purpose would be the best way to publicize the projects we support and spread goodwill in Puntacana. Thanks to Pack for a Purpose, more and more guests come to our resort every year with special gifts for children and the elderly, which fills us with joy.

We were deeply moved in 2021 when our generous guests did not forget to help and support our social projects despite the difficulties that these last few years have brought all of us. Our hotel workers were excited to see full suitcases of school supplies, toys, or different supplies for the elderly…THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Without your help and the support of Pack for a Purpose, this would not have been possible.

Understanding the current circumstances, in 2021 Grand Bávaro Princess Hotel and our sister properties, Hotel Tropical Deluxe Princess and Hotel Caribe Deluxe Princess, continued carrying on with our traditional children’s campaigns for toys, school supplies, and help for the nursing home. In 2021, the sites that we collaborated with were the Higuey Nursing Home, Cortecito School, and Jesús Maestro parish.

The generosity of our guests was greatly appreciated, since school supplies and hygienic items for the elderly are very difficult to find due to the circumstances. Thanks to that help, they can continue with their work (a wonderful job in which they help children to continue studying and learning and provide care for the elderly in the community).

In 2022, we will continue to help the children and elderly of our community. We invite our dear guests to continue being so generous, and with the support and assistance of Pack for a Purpose, we are sure 2022 will be another great year! We encourage you to leave a space in your suitcase for a gift for children or the elderly. No matter what month of the year supplies come, we always save and organize them for the next campaign.
