The Nanthomba primary school serves more than 700 children between the ages of 6 and 16. Volunteer vacationers interested in responsible tourism can donate school supplies, including writing utensils, text books and storybooks, art supplies, and some sports equipment. Other service projects are working to increase conservation awareness in the area. The CITW Youth Park Fence Project is working to reduce human-wildlife conflict; this group accepts donated school supplies and other equipment.
