Project Description
The Dassenberg Outreach Project provides 20 pupils per year with Animal Therapy. Therapists use the healing power of animals to reach out to vulnerable youths, many of whom are young girls that have experienced trauma as a result of gangster-ism. The aim is to help them reach their full potential in life. This project is locally funded through the sale of quality second-hand clothing in an attempt to ensure it’s sustainability.
