We have recently been informed by a PfaP traveler of the current situation in customs in Aruba. Please be sure adhere to the requirements when you Pack for a Purpose. Travelers MUST have receipts and the value of any donations brought in must be under $210 USD. If not, customs will make up a value, and you must pay the tax - in cash - or they will confiscate the donation.

If you wish to donate any of the food items requested for Fundacion Pa Nos Comunidad, all supermarkets in Aruba sell nonperishable food products. Any of the following donated items would be appreciated, rice, beans, oil, salt, Gerber baby food, Gerber cereal, milk, and formula, canned soup, Mac & Cheese, Luncheon meat/ Spam, oatmeal, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Mustard, and Pancake Mix.
